Employee of the Month
Mrs. Manjula Arumugam
Mrs. Manjula is the lead teacher in our Begindergarten/School Age classroom. She has been with us for almost six years. She began her career with us in April of 2006. Ms. Manjula is being recognized as our employee spotlight this month for many reasons! She is one of our hardest working employees. She is loyal, flexible, and dedicated in her position. Ms. Manjula has one of the biggest hearts of anyone we have ever met. She is kind, loving and caring to all of the employees, parents and especially- the children. In addition, the Springboro Public Schools system has repeatedly complimented on Ms. Manjula’s teaching strategies and excellent curriculum in preparing the students for Kindergarten. She certainly excels in her position at Adventures Through Learning, and goes above and beyond.
